New user here. Is there a way to create an excel static copy where formulas do not break for other users of the report?

Ah! You're using Velixo NX (I was using the older Velixo Classic). In NX, the new feature (which actually has more options) is called Snapshot.

Hi Harry,
Thank you for the quick response, this is exactly what I am looking for. However, I do not have the "Copy Workbook without Formulas" button on my ribbon.
I went into the Excel options and could not see a way to customize the Velixo NX ribbon. Are you able to help?

If you mean removing all of the Velixo (and, optionally, the Excel) functions and formulas - you can do that using the Copy Workbook Without Formulas feature.
