I have been trying to use the Velixo writeback feature to create debit memos from the data. So the scenario is if there are 3 line items with Project A and amount 10$, 20$& 30$, as of now it would create 3 separate debit memos for the same project whereas I am looking to just create a single debit memo with the total amount of 60$, Project A with 3 line items. How can we handle this in velixo?
Thanks in advance.

The branch issue also got resolved. I hadn't taken into account the branch column in the ranger fom the velixo sheet.

But I would like to add up here that while this runs perfectly fine, it is not able to override the Branch ID from the import into Acumatica. Have attached the import scenario.
I just made changes in the import scenario by just letting it to create multiple line items in the single project ID and under same ref number. Thanks.

Can you share the current import scenario you are using? If it's a standard one from Acumatica just the name, or export to XML otherwise

Harshita,
Is that an AP or AR Debit memo? I may already have an import scenario and example that I can share.

You would need an import scenario which can create multiple detail lines for a single document. Do you have such an import scenario?
