Description

The PROJECTCHANGEORDERAMOUNT function calculates the change order amount of one or more project(s) and task(s).

Syntax

PROJECTCHANGEORDERAMOUNT(Connection, Project, Task, AccountGroup, CostCode,  InventoryItem, UseProjectCurrency)

The PROJECTCHANGEORDERAMOUNT function uses the following parameters (see our article on Filtering Velixo functions):

Parameter	Required/Optional	Description
Connection	Required	The name of the connection as configured in the Connection Manager
Project	Required	The Project(s) to include
Task	Optional	The Task(s) to include
AccountGroup	Optional	The Account Group(s) to include
CostCode	Optional	The Cost Code(s) to include
InventoryItem	Optional	The Inventory Item(s) to include
UseProjectCurrency	Optional	TRUE/FALSE value indicating if the amount should be returned in the project's currency (default = FALSE)

Description

Calculates the change order amount of the 02 task in the 2017CU01 project (filtered by: AccountGroup=SUB, CostCode=02450, and InventoryItem=<N/A>) and returns the value in the project's defined currency
