Implementation process overview

Velixo is 100% driven by VAR partners. As a commitment to our partnership, VARs are expected to provide a series of services to customers, including: Level 1 Support, Training and Professional Services. 

Velixo is always ready to assist you and we may be able to provide some of those services directly (Velixo to Customer) or indirectly (Velixo through VAR), should you be stretched capacity-wise, if it is your first implementation or a strategic account requiring our special assistance.

This document provides a recommended implementation process as a framework for any professional services engagement, whether direct (if requested) or indirect to the customer.

Our templates

  • Velixo comes with some templates for various modules of your ERP (which may or may not be available to the customer depending on their license).
  • Our templates are out-of-the-box reports or writeback forms that a customer can instantly connect and leverage, therefore reducing their time to adoption and increasing productivity. They’re also a great way to get started with Velixo.
  • However, in no way do we expect our templates to meet all customers’ requirements, we also do not offer support for those. This is where the Professional Services team start being involved.

Certified Services engagements

  • Consultants are front and facing and build special rapports with customers. The quality of their expertise and deliveries increase customer satisfaction and confidence; it may also generate recurring consulting revenue to VARs and ensure the renewal of the Velixo subscription. To this end, Velixo expects that professional services be delivered by Velixo Certified Consultants.
  • Typical professional services include training, creation of new reports, creation of new budgeting & planning or push scenarios.
  • This document does not cover the job of the Velixo Customer Success Manager.
