Symptom: 

You set the IncludeUnposted parameter in balance functions to either 2 (Unposted) or 3 (Both posted and unposted), but the expected balance does not get included in your Velixo report.

Possible cause 1:

The document has not been released in the corresponding module and has not yet reached Acumatica's General Ledger module. For example, when considering unposted income for an unreleased AR invoice, the corresponding income amounts will not be included in your Velixo reports because there is not yet a General Ledget batch (Journal Transactions screen) that contains the relevant amount.

To resolve the problem, release the document in its respective module so that it creates the corresponding GL batch.

Possible cause 2:

The corresponding GL batch exists, but it is on hold. Velixo only considers batches with the "Balanced" status to reflect in unposted amounts in your reports.

To resolve the problem, remove the hold flag from the GL batch and ensure that it has the "Balanced" status.
